One Chance to Save the World: Are You Up for the Challenge?- Part 2

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In this immersive simulated learning environment you will be challenged to save the world (or at least a small portion) in a time sensitive project. Working with others, you will be given a real world problem and be asked to solve it using multiple apps and collaborative web tools. Each participant must bring a fully charged device (tablet or laptop). After completion of the task, participants will debrief the experience and be given the tools and resources to replicate it in their classrooms. Do you have what is takes to be the next Lara Croft, Jason Bourne, or Jack Reacher? What is an Immersive Simulated Learning Environment? An immersive simulated learning environment allows learners to be immersed in a self-contained simulated environment while experiencing as if it was real. These learning experiences offer complex content learning while also supporting learners technical, creative, and problem-solving skills. These experiences are rich, hands-on, and highly engaging.
